3:00 am

Its 3:00 am, and I am wide awake!! I woke up about 30 mins ago, and was so wide awake, that I didnt even try to go back to sleep. Crap. I have to get up in 3 hrs!!! When I first woke up I decided to kill time on the computer, but all I ended up doing was spending a bunch of money on Amazon on books and CDs, so I decided to write some on my blog since it is free.

I am having an eventful week so far. Yesterday my boss resigned from the company. That is very significant, because he is not only my boss, but the President of the Greenville and Columbia offices of Centex, which employ about 120 people. He is the best leader that I have ever worked for, and very well liked and respected. Several people who have worked with him for a while got pretty choked up when he made the announcement. We will all be sad to see him go, and are anxious about who will be stepping into his role. I think everybody doubts that anyone will be as good to work for as Mike.

Today I spent 3 hrs at the doctors office… 3HRS!!! My appointment was for 9:30, and I finally got to see the doctor around 11:15. Then, he decided that I needed some stuff squirted into my knee with a needle, and that only took an additional 45 minutes. Needless to say, I was getting a little frustrated. Who has the time to take half the day off for something that should only take an hour or so. If our business functioned like that, we would not be in business for long at all!!! Anyway, I have a tendon band that is “catching” when I bend my knee. It doesnt hurt at all, just makes a little popping sensation kinda like popping a knuckle. Problem is, it happens every time I take a step, so its very strange and annoying. Hopefully the shot will make it stop. If not, it will be time for the scope again…
Ok- Im gonna try to go back to sleep now. Good night-morning.
